EuRA - annual directory and newsmagazine

The European Relocation Association represents more than 350 specialist relocation companies in nearly 70 countries throughout the world. With impact’s help, the organisation’s annual Directory has evolved into one of the most widely used and well respected publications of its kind.

In 2009, impact! launched The Eurapean a glossy newsmagazine for the association, aimed at raising awareness and motivating HR professionals in Europe’s leading multinational companies.

Steel Protection Consultancy - corporate website, advertisements, PR and newsletter

SPC is a specialist coatings inspection and consultancy services company helping to protect some of the world's most prestigious steel structures from corrosion and paint failure.

SPC's communications strategy includes a carefully targeted business to business press relations campaign, a newsletter, an advertising campaign and a new-look website which is being launched in 2009 together with a rebranded identity.

impact’s relationship with SPC dates back 25 years – proof that if results exceed expectations and creative ideas continue to be fresh, a strong partnership for success can be achieved.

Haden Young - Hynote and Hylights

Until its recent amalgamation into Balfour Beatty engineering services, Haden Young was a multi-award winning industry leader responsible for building services in such high profile projects as the new City of Manchester Stadium, the Lowry Centre, Milton Keynes Academy and Birmingham New Hospital. It was committed to effective, quality internal and external communication.

Working in close partnership with Haden Young, impact! helped to develop the company's successful communications strategy and provided editorial, design and PR services to this client for many years. Hynote was the regular newsletter to its 2,000 employees and Hylights was the customer relations news magazine.

impact! also wrote, designed and produced recruitment brochures, posters, displays and other marketing communications for Haden Young.

APM - Project

APM is one of the fastest growing professional organisations in the UK, having doubled in size in recent years to nearly 20,000 individual and corporate members. At the top of its list of member benefits is Project, a magazine published 10 times yearly.

The magazine actively promotes the profession of project management through news, comment and case studies, covering nearly all aspects of business today.

With ten years providing full service editorial, design, advertisement sales, production and administration on Project, the journal continues to go from strength to strength. Readers have praised impacts! new design for this steadily growing journal which was launced in January 2010.

Chevron Corporation - Eurasia

Unity of purpose and respect for cultural diversity were two of the key elements required when launching Eurasia, the glossy quarterly magazine for stakeholders of Chevron's Eurasia business unit.

Massive projects are underway to boost oil and gas exports from the Caspian region and beyond, with activities centred around the huge country of Kazakhstan, where nationals make up the majority of Chevron's workforce. Americans, British, Russians, Turks, Italians and Hungarians are also employed locally by Chevron and its many joint venture companies.

Working closely with the Kazakh team in Almaty, impact! researched, wrote and designed the first five issues. Text appeared in two languages, English and Russian. Artwork was sent electronically from impact's offices to the printing company in Kazakhstan.

impact! provided full service journalistic and magazine design training to the new Kazakh editor over an intensive 15 month period.
